Scope of Services
JD Plumbing Solutions LLC provides licensed residential and light commercial plumbing, new construction, remodeling, and emergency repair services in the State of Texas under Master Plumber license #46828.
Estimates and Pricing
All quotations provided online or over the phone are preliminary estimates based on customer-provided information. Binding final pricing is established upon on-site diagnosis and written approval prior to commencing work.
Workmanship Warranty
All labor performed by JD Plumbing Solutions is backed by our standard 1-year workmanship guarantee against defects in installation. Manufacturer warranties apply separately to parts, fixtures, and appliances provided or installed.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers must ensure safe and unobstructed access to the work area, main water shut-off valves, and electrical panels. Notification of existing structural, plumbing, or environmental hazards is required prior to commencing work.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Any legal proceedings arising from these terms or our services shall be conducted in Montgomery County, Texas.
